We are writing with overflowing gratitude for your generous donations that made our recent mission trip to Kigali, Rwanda possible!
An incredible team of 54 volunteers dedicated themselves to serving the community, and the results were astounding. Our initial goal was to screen 3,000 patients at our eye clinic, but thanks to the tireless efforts of our team, we were able to see an incredible 4,080 patients! This exceeded our expectations by over 1,000, a testament to the dedication of our volunteers.
The impact of the trip was truly life-changing. We distributed 794 pairs of prescription glasses, 930 pairs of reading glasses, 1,048 sunglasses, and 3,743 bottles of eye drops. Witnessing the joy on people’s faces as they received glasses and experienced improved vision firsthand was incredibly rewarding.
While the tangible results are impressive, the true impact of your contribution lies with the individuals we served. We can assure you that their gratitude is immeasurable.
